Dear Neil... King I am a recently discharged knee replacement patient who just finished treatment with your Macomb office. The work these therapists did was amazing. Not only did they work my knee to excellent shape it is in now, their instilling confidence in me to be able to do this was awesome. Every one of them is patient especially with me I seem to be a complainer. Thank you to Becky and everyone there. Please give them all a 25% raise it is well deserved Neil. All joking aside I love everyone on the Macomb team. Thanks from my heart and I am sure I will return. John Shevsky

I had a wonderful experience at Neil King. I was under the care of Michelle Miller and I couldn’t have been happier. She has immense knowledge of her field and can assess a condition quickly. Michelle is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. Thank you, Michelle, for everything! I highly recommend her. Furthermore, I had a session with two other therapists that I highly recommend, Heather and Ciara. Heather did my intake and was very knowledgeable also. Thank you Heather and Ciara!

Katie, Clare and Jake have provided excellent care and help. The office staff (Heather, Natalia, others) have also been super helpful with questions, scheduling and billing. I highly recommend Neil King Rochester Hills for any physical therapy needs.
My continued work with Jake, Katie, Clare, Mikaya and Peyton has increased my flexibility, has lessened my pain discomfort and has given ongoing exercise practices that can be used going forward. Thy have done an incredible job, the staff at Neil King Rochester Hills is friendly and helpful and the rehab environment is supportive of needs. The team at Neil King Rochester Hills is excellent and should be anyone's first choice for physical therapy care.

I've been to this practice at the Rochester hills location twice. When I came three years ago, my experience was amazing so I came back this year when I started having issues again. Unfortunately my experience with them this time has been much worse. The therapist is good but the people at the front desk are super unprofessional with billing and appointment scheduling. They double booked my time slot with a different patient and when I showed up, they told me that my appointment was cancelled and they tried "calling me 5 or 6 times", but I had no calls from them the whole day. Usually they leave a voicemail too if you don't pick up the call but I had zero voicemails from them. I also know my cell service was good, because I had been taking calls all day and no one else had any issues calling me. I wasted 40 minutes driving to the office while taking time off from work and they lied to me multiple times about how "they promise they called me 5 or 6 times". I even had them try calling me while I was there in the office to see if it was a problem with their connection and the call went through easily. Super unprofessional considering you charge patients $50 for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. At least don't blatantly lie in people's faces if you've made a mistake like this. This isn't the first time they've done this either. There was another time when I called the office just to get a reminder of what time my appointment was, and when I called they started asking if we could reschedule my appointment (which was later that day) for a different day because they had another patient booked at the same time. I told them I would just reschedule, but then they proceeded to call me several times distracting me while I was at work and kept changing their minds about whether I should come or not. In the end, they ended up keeping my appointment for that time slot and I'm assuming the other person's appointment had gotten cancelled. It's understandable if this type of thing happens once, but it's just careless when it's happening multiple times.
I haven't even mentioned how unprofessionally they handle billing. I was paying the copay for all my visits and asked them multiple times if there are any extra charges I need to cover since my insurance was mailing me account statements with rates that looked higher than what I was paying and they always said no. Couple months later I get a 700 dollar bill from them that massively overstated how much I actually owed them. Every visit they would ask me to pay the 700 and I would tell them I needed to see the statement before I paid. It took me several weeks of calling to finally get in contact with the billing lady who was very impatient on the phone and finally reduced the amount down to how much I actually owed them, which was only around 200. Their unprofessionalism could have cost me 500 dollars if I had just blindly gone along with what they were saying and paid the full 700 the first time. It's been exhausting dealing with this practice and they've really gone downhill from when I first came here. The new front desk workers are very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone

Melissa helped my daughter incredibly as she was suffering from painful shin splints during her track season. After a few sessions, the shin splints diminished and she was able to finish the season pain free. Melissa and staff were very kind and helpful. Melissa was very thorough in explaining the exercises and reasoning for each exercise to my high schooler. Physical therapy is not necessarily a place you want to go, but if there was a place you had to go, this is the place. Thank you!

Dr. Mani is a wizard! As an athlete I run into constant injuries. But the last thing I want to do i allow those injuries to impact my training. Dr. Mani really takes the time to find the root of the problem and educate on how to keep it from coming back. So far he has fixed my ability to lift my arms above shoulder level without pain, identify my scapular impingment and provide exercises to strengthen the weak muscles I didn't know were inactive, AND when I had a pinched nerve in my neck so bad I couldn't move or sleep Dr. Mani manipulated/dry needled/and activated the area. After 2 sessions I was 100% better and have not had an issue since. If youre on the fence about seeing a physical therapist extraordinaire this is your sign to go for it. I send ALL of my clients to him and everyone agrees with me. Thanks Dr. Mani!
