Due to the high number of late cancels and no-shows in our office we are enforcing a $50.00 NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION FEE for each missed visit.

Please call your Neil King Physical Therapy Location at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment so you won’t be charged a fee. Make sure to reschedule your appointment within the same week as your recovery is our goal!
